GODS FACE HAS BEEN HIDDEN BY THE HANDS OF MAN
Gods face has been hidden by the hands of man
Because we’ve built in a way that was not in HIS plans
We have added this and added that
It has led people in a direction that is not where Gods “at”
We have wandered away following man
Instead of following the great I AM
We have not listened to the wee small voice
To listen to man has been our choice
We’ve raised some to a place they were not meant to be
That has kept us bound when we are meant to be free
Our freedom comes when we choose to surrender.
To Jesus the one whom we should remember
He is the one who died to pave the way
Who made the path to follow day by day
The One who will fill us with His spirit you see
That He lives within us you and me
No man can do what Jesus did
That this Fathers face would not be ”hid”
Jesus made the way where we could seek and find
He sent His Spirit to us to remind
That He is the way the truth and the life
When we surrender to Him He gives us sight
That we may see the path ahead
The path of life not the path of death
