THE DEPTHS OF GODS LOVE
The “world” doesn’t know the depths of Gods love
The “world” doesn’t understand
The “world” thinks of love as warm and fuzzy
But they don’t know the power of Gods hand
They don’t know HIS love changes it all
They don’t know its healing power
They don’t know the significance of the resurrection
Or what happened at that hour
They don’t know that love has power over death
Or that Jesus has the keys in HIS hand
They don’t know the devil is under HIS feet
Or that Jesus sits at Fathers right hand
They don’t know that love puts us there too
Because Jesus is the “way”
HIS light shines on the path we must take
To lead us so we don’t go astray
We say God is love do we know what that means?
OR IS IT SOMETHING
WE JUST SAY?
God is spirit HE is love does HE live with us every day
Do we allow HIM to enter in do we allow HIM to have HIS say
Does HE speak love through our mouths and in everything we do
God is spirit HE is love does HE live in me and you???
